Return Policy
We do not offer returns on Custom or Digital items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@jessicalynnoriginal.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For damages or issues, carefully inspect your order upon receipt and promptly notify us if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to promptly address the issue and rectify it.
Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
For exchanges, the quickest way to secure the desired item is to return the original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return. You will be notified of the approval status, and if accepted, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please be aware that processing and posting the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
